We make our best efforts to accurately capture trends in marketplace activity. That said, ProPurchaser.com Inc. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any information on its website.
Moreover, all decisions made with these data are done entirely at the user’s risk.
Specifically, ProPurchaser.com Inc. disclaims all liability for loss or damage, including but not limited to loss or damage arising from interruption of service, errors or inaccuracies in data, viruses, system incompatibilities or other harmful components. ProPurchaser.com Inc. makes no representation that the results obtained from use of its data, charts, tools, articles, or products will be successful for your purposes or will satisfy your requirements in terms of correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. The terms “loss” and “damage” as used herein shall include, but not be limited to loss of profits, or increase in input costs, and all other direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of this website or its services.
There are two types of information contained in this website. The first type is commodity price trends and other cost indexing information provided by ProPurchaser. These data are for the use of our members only. Users may not distribute or share this information outside of their organizations in any way whatsoever, without written consent from the president of ProPurchaser.com Inc. The only exception to the above is when members use the ’email graph’ feature on this website. When using this feature, they are permitted to email certain graphs to colleagues and suppliers for the expressed purpose of preparing for (or engaging in) negotiations with suppliers. It is important to understand that ProPurchaser is not a price reporting agency. Our numbers are not precise. They are intended to indicate the direction that prices are trending in over time. We do not recommend using any of our data as the basis for establishing formula
pricing between buyers and sellers.
The second type of information is created by our members themselves, using either ProPurchaser’s should-cost modeling tool or its self-built data tool.. These data, analyses, and results are the property of our members, and remain so even if they decide not to continue their membership. We will never show, share, or reveal this information in any way to third parties.
